2024 was a breakout season for NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle rider Chase Van Sant and Team Trick-Tools. Building on his strong rookie campaign in 2023, Van Sant made significant strides, solidifying his position as a top contender in the class.

Key Highlights of Van Sant's 2024 Season:

  • NHRA Northwest Nationals Victory: Van Sant claimed his first NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle Wally at the prestigious Northwest Nationals, defeating reigning champion Gaige Herrera in the final round.
  • Consistent Performances: Throughout the season, Van Sant consistently qualified well and advanced deep into eliminations, demonstrating his growing skill and experience. Chase only lost once in the first round, gaining 22 round wins including 3 final rounds.
  • Championship Contention: Van Sant entered the Countdown to the Championship well-positioned in the number 5 spot.  He was able to maintain that position until the last race in Pomona, California where riders in position 3-7 were very tightly grouped.  A second round loss to newly crowned 2024 champion Gaige Herrera and a strong performance by Angie Smith forced Van Sant into the 6th position which is the number he will carry in the upcoming 2025 season.

Van Sant's 2024 season has undoubtedly positioned him as a force to be reckoned with in the years to come. His dedication, talent, and the support of his team have propelled him to new heights, and fans eagerly anticipate his continued success in the NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle class.
